Start with the ticket issuer

For a purchase meeting LOT’s early-cancellation conditions, its guidance directs the request to a form or Contact Center. Other bookings need the normal fare and refund procedure.

Identify who received payment for the ticket.
Use the official application or follow-up route appropriate to the stage of the request.
Keep the case reference and distinguish travel credit from a return to the original payment method.
