BEFORE YOU GET IN TOUCH

Start with the ticket issuer

British Airways separates help before departure from post-travel claims. Choose the refund or claim instructions corresponding to the stage of your trip and the reason for the request.

Identify who received payment for the ticket.
Use the official application or follow-up route appropriate to the stage of the request.
Keep the case reference and distinguish travel credit from a return to the original payment method.

The number keeps its source’s department label. A general reservations line is not described as a dedicated refund hotline, and no refund result is promised.
