Toll-free in the stated region. Mobile airtime or international charges may apply.

BEFORE YOU GET IN TOUCH

Start with the ticket issuer

The seller, fare and reason for cancellation affect an Air Canada refund request. Start in Trips for a direct sale; use the original agency for a ticket it issued.

Identify who received payment for the ticket.
Use the official application or follow-up route appropriate to the stage of the request.
Keep the case reference and distinguish travel credit from a return to the original payment method.

The number keeps its source’s department label. A general reservations line is not described as a dedicated refund hotline, and no refund result is promised.
