The Aer Lingus refund form for a direct booking also cancels the flight. Treat submission as an action on the reservation, not a way to preview a refund amount.

  • Identify who received payment for the ticket.
  • Use the official application or follow-up route appropriate to the stage of the request.
  • Keep the case reference and distinguish travel credit from a return to the original payment method.
