For a travel-agency purchase, SWISS’s US customer-relations instructions direct refund questions to that agency. A direct purchase follows the airline’s refund process and the fare conditions.

  • Identify who received payment for the ticket.
  • Use the official application or follow-up route appropriate to the stage of the request.
  • Keep the case reference and distinguish travel credit from a return to the original payment method.
