BEFORE YOU GET IN TOUCH

Start with the ticket issuer

A Qantas cancellation can lead to Flight Credit, a refund or an offered choice, depending on the ticket. Read that outcome and the separate conditions for paid extras before accepting it.

Identify who received payment for the ticket.
Use the official application or follow-up route appropriate to the stage of the request.
Keep the case reference and distinguish travel credit from a return to the original payment method.
