EVA Air separates Refund Application/Inquiry from Cancel Booking. A disruption can have its own rescheduling and refund route, so identify why the itinerary needs attention.

  • Identify who received payment for the ticket.
  • Use the official application or follow-up route appropriate to the stage of the request.
  • Keep the case reference and distinguish travel credit from a return to the original payment method.
