BEFORE YOU GET IN TOUCH

Start with the ticket issuer

Austrian’s disruption resources lead eligible ticket-refund enquiries to its Help Center. For a cancellation you choose, the issuer applies the ticket’s own refund conditions.

Identify who received payment for the ticket.
Use the official application or follow-up route appropriate to the stage of the request.
Keep the case reference and distinguish travel credit from a return to the original payment method.
